    Battery leakage is a serious quality problem that affects battery safety and life.Electrolyte leakage will not only cause rapid degradation of battery performance, but may also cause safety hazards such as short circuits and corrosion.Hairis provides accurate and reliable detection solutions for the risk of leakage during the battery production process, realizing leakage monitoring and prevention throughout the entire process from cell manufacturing, PACK assembly to PACK after-sales.

    Implementation of the plan

    Hairis provides leakage detection solutions throughout the entire life cycle of battery packs. It is suitable for various forms of metal ion batteries (such as lithium, sodium, and aluminum ions). It takes into account high sensitivity and fast pace to meet battery leakage detection in new energy vehicles, communication technology, consumer electronics, medical and other fields.


    1 Battery cell manufacturing


    For gas composition analysis during the battery cell manufacturing stage, you can choose the Hairis HM-100 online gas analyzer; for the detection of hard-shell battery cells, it is recommended to use the helium detection method before and after liquid injection. According to the corresponding production line configuration, you can choose the HM-400/410Helium mass spectrometer leak detector; for the detection of soft-packed batteries, the HM-200/210 online mass spectrometer analyzer can be selected according to the corresponding production line configuration; for consumer batteries with low leak rate requirements, the HV-110VOCs detector can be used for detection.


    2 Pack Assembly

    In the Pack assembly stage, for the shell manufacturing process, according to different accuracy and process requirements, from low to high, you can choose HC classic series air tightness detector, HQ-200 hydrogen nitrogen leak detector, HM-400/410 helium mass spectrometer leak detector for testing, among which HQThe -200 hydrogen and nitrogen leak detector can be customized and developed into an automatic leak detection device; for the status of the second half of the assembled battery cell, the Hairis HM-200/210 online mass spectrometer can be used for detection; for the detection of the entire package status, the HM-310 online gas leak detector can be used.


    3 Pack After Sales

    For electrolyte leakage in the Pack after-sales stage, the HM-310 online gas leak detector can be used for non-unpacking detection; for package sealing detection and leak location, the HM-400 helium mass spectrometer leak detector and HQ-200 hydrogen nitrogen leak detector can be used with a sniffer gun to find leaks.
