    Today, with the rapid development of intelligent connected cars, on-board sensors such as cameras, lidar, and millimeter-wave radar have become core components for environmental perception.These precision devices contain optical components, chip modules and other key components that are extremely sensitive to water vapor and dust.     Implementation of the plan

    Based on the structural characteristics and leakage risk points of the radar/camera, customized differentiated testing solutions are provided to ensure that individual components meet the standards:

    • 1. Lidar housing seal detection

      Focusing on parts prone to leakage such as shell splicing, data interfaces, and power interfaces, the Hairis HL-pro flagship air tightness detector is used, with "high-precision differential pressure + large-flow inflation" technology as the core, combined with a multi-station sealing test platform and customized fixtures, to accurately capture tiny leaks of the product. 

    • 2. Millimeter wave radar shell seal inspection

      For the overall sealing test of the shell, the Haris HP pioneering series air tightness detector is selected, equipped with a desktop test platform and lightweight fixture (adapted to the contours of different types of radar shells). It has a wide range of options and meets the IP67 protection level verification. The detection efficiency is greatly improved compared with traditional equipment.

    • 3. Radar waterproof and breathable membrane detection

      In view of the micropore sealing of the breathable membrane (preventing liquid penetration while ensuring gas exchange), the Hairis HW True Water series air tightness detector is used to simulate the real water pressure environment.First, draw a negative pressure of -10kPa, then add water and pressurize the test site., accurately test waterproof and breathable properties.

    • 4. Inspection of finished vehicle camera components

      The camera housing, optical window (lens holder), and connectors are individually sealed and verified using the Hairis HC series air tightness detector, which supports positive and negative pressure dual-mode testing and is suitable for optical window dispensing sealing, connector potting and other process defect detection, and the defective product interception rate reaches more than 99.5%.
