The ceremony kicked off with the sound of firecrackers. The invited guests attended in high spirits and costumes. They received red scarves symbolizing good luck, souvenirs and prize tickets, and signed in in an orderly manner.

At 17:30 in the afternoon, the dinner and performance officially started.General Manager Zhang Yinghai delivered a speech on stage. He first brought good wishes and New Year greetings, and then described the achievements of Hirays in 2023 and introduced the development history and business of Hirays in detail.
