    7. Introduction to the test sequence and methods of IPX7 waterproof test level:

    1. Manually install the motor to be tested into the product positioning seat, and install the wire terminal part into the terminal holder.

    2. Start with both hands, press down the two cylinders, and seal the motor shaft and terminals at the same time.

    3. The instrument starts to supply air in equal amounts and at equal pressure. (At the same time, it supplies air to the two molds of the motor shaft and wire terminal)

    4. After inflation and pressure stabilization, the instrument will calculate and analyze whether the pressure of the injected gas has dropped.

    5. Under the premise of confirming that the mold does not leak, if the pressure decreases, it means that the product does not meet the sealing requirements. On the contrary, it means that the product can meet the sealing requirements.

    6. According to the IPX7 level requirements, a detection pressure of approximately 10.5-11KPA will be used for testing.
